Maximize your team’s experience and ideas with a facilitated 1-day rapid idea accelerator workshop with your cross-functional work team. Focus on developing the two best ideas. Test and refine them with real customers during the workshop. Refine the team’s ideas to settle on a “new and improved” idea by the end of the session.
Catalyze the action plan of next steps, unique for your specific situation.
These may include a research and analysis plan of further qualitative or quantitative market research, development of a creative brief to use as an input for a creative team, development of a market specification to use as an input for the product development team, a market model, and/or an investment case.
