Jonquil Ridge staffs a Project Operations Specialist on every project team to enable Engagement Managers to focus on delivering strategic results for clients.
Putting your 2+ years of project support or administrative experience to work, you’ll be staffed on projects quickly. As you master our proprietary processes and team approach, you’ll quickly advance to supporting client engagements independently, enabling the firm to scale efficiently. You’ll be a big fan of great process using our back-stage team-facing service delivery processes consistently to keep our well-oiled machine humming and everyone fanatically productive.
Position Overview
This regular (W-2) part-time role—initially scoped as 8 to 10 hours per week—will report to the Service Delivery Operations Leader. This role is planned as a long-term part-time position with room to grow in the hours per week as business demand grows. Occasionally, you’ll be asked to work a heavier week to support client workshops virtually or in-person at a client site. Benefits include working from home, schedule flexibility (typically three to four days a week, balancing some fixed meeting times with freedom to design your schedule) and paid holidays and PTO for all W-2 employees. Ideally, you’ll live near the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area and be easily available for occasional in-person meetings. Travel is expected to be minimal. Pay will be in the range of $30–60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Keep Project On Track and Moving Forward
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks by managing timelines, tasks, deliverables, deadlines, and status reporting across all assigned client engagements.
- Track progress, follow up with the team, and keep everyone aligned and accountable.
2. Making Client Interactions Seamless and Professional
- Provide real-time support during meetings and workshops.
- Schedule interviews and sessions with stakeholders.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, weekly status updates, and consistent responsiveness.
3. Creating Order and Operational Efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized project systems—including ClickUp, OneDrive, and client portals.
- Manage budgets, documentation, transcripts, and other project materials so team members always have what they need at their fingertips.
4. Reducing Logistics and Admin Time for Consultants
- By handling scheduling, workshop setup (e.g., supplies, catering, logistics), transcription coordination, and ongoing administrative tasks, free consultants to focus on delivering high-value strategic work—not chasing details.

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Experience: 2+ years supporting consulting or agency project work.
- Physical: Ability to bend, reach, and lift boxes and office supplies up to 30 lbs.
- Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) preferred.
