Mission
Does creating beautiful slides make you smile? Does resolving every edit and typo fill you with delight? Jonquil Ridge staffs a Report Specialist on every project team to enable Engagement Managers and Report Writers to focus on delivering strategic results for clients.
Putting your 2+ years of project support to work, you’ll be staffed on projects quickly. As you master our proprietary processes and team approach, you’ll quickly advance to supporting client engagements independently, enabling the firm to scale efficiently. You’ll be a big fan of great process using our back-stage team-facing service delivery processes consistently to keep our well-oiled machine humming and everyone fanatically productive.
Position Overview
This contract, project-based role will report to the Service Delivery Operations Leader. This role is planned as a long-term part-time contract role with room to grow as business demand grows. You’ll be able to work from home with schedule flexibility. Ideally, candidates live near the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area and are easily available for occasional in-person meetings. Pay will be in the range of $35–45 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver Flawless, Client-Ready Reports
- Transform raw project content into polished, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and reports, handling graphics, formatting, word clouds, and detailed edits with precision.
- Ensure all materials meet quality standards before client delivery.
2. Ensure Accuracy and Attention to Detail
- Act as the team’s proofreading champion, performing deep and light reviews to catch errors, refine language, and maintain consistency, so every report and presentation is credible, professional, and error-free.
3. Elevate Team Productivity and Morale
- Bring positivity, collaboration, and professionalism to every interaction, enhancing team energy and efficiency.
- Work proactively, stay focused on high-priority work, and consistently contribute to a productive, enjoyable project environment.
4. Improve Processes and Work Smarter
- Seek smarter, faster, simpler ways to complete tasks and meet client needs.
- Challenge assumptions thoughtfully, ask clarifying questions, and find efficient solutions, helping the team save time and resources without sacrificing quality.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 2+ years supporting consulting or agency project work.
- Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) preferred.
